Yoga of the Hands

The mudra are a system of positions achieved with the hands, widely used in Yoga, to restore the harmonious flow of vital energy (prana), throughout the body.

This is possible due to the high concentration of nerve endings found in the fingertips. By positioning the fingers in a certain way in each mudra, energy circuits are created that enable the stimulation of each element, to restore balance.

They have been found in different parts of the East, and although we have thought that they come from there, we can also find origins of mudra in Mexico, Egypt, China, Rome, Greece, etc.

This hand gestures are a simple and powerful tool at the same time, which allows us to return to the interior, the energy that leaks through our senses. Meditating with them can have a profound, visible and transcendental effect for the person who practices it.

Dancing Mudra is a theoretical-practical workshop that invites you to activate different phases of your Creative Being, by dancing in fun mudra sequences, with the intentions that each tantric archetype offers us.
